WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Go Ham Sports, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality sporting goods. Due to the custom weight of our products, we do not accept returns. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
At Go Ham Sports, our mission is to provide high-quality sporting goods delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Currently, our turn around time is 2-4 weeks, as all orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We believe that quality is always worth the wait, and we appreciate your business and understanding as we work to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
WHAT DO I DO AFTER PURCHASE?
After purchasing an item where your personal bat is to be sent in, please attach a note to the handle of your bat with your name, shipping address, phone number (we will send videos via text to this number), and the final weight you would like the bat to weigh if having your bat shaved or endcap replaced.

HOW IS MY BAT SHIPPED BACK?
Your bat will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you request and pay for a faster service. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a text message with videos of your order being completed with the bat serial number. You will also receive an email with your tracking information.
WHAT IS THE BEST CONTACT METHOD TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY BAT?
Need to get in touch with us at Go Ham Sports? Our preferred contact method is via text message. Please be sure to include your order number and name, and make sure your order name matches your payment method and ship from address.
